Lareg Fitness is a community roof top style gym which offers a beautiful view and inspires a great work out. Our gym caters to the specific needs of clients by providing tailored sessions that would secure clients their preferred results within realistic time frames.
Beyond providing the support to achieve set body goals, Lareg concerns itself with the general wellbeing of clients using the Biopyschosocial approach. Hence, we believe that the biological, psychological and social are key to the proper function of any human being. Thus, together as a team with clients, we seek a balanced lifestyle through exercise, good nutrition and counselling.
